Bio
I am an evangelist for SERVICE CULTURE. Never has there been a very important time to build and maintain service oriented people than now. Making money is no longer enough for businesses that want to be successful; it's now about CHANGING THE WORLD and MAKING HISTORY. Started from being a Call Centre Executive - amazing professional - developing myself into this great believer of service driven sales, training, HR and Evangelism.
Growing up in Nigeria, it's usually one shopping nightmare to another. Nigeria is filled up with lots of businesses, amazingly over 80% of the business sector are MSMEs. What usually bothered me is how low service culture is with very poor #customerservice which creates poor #customerexperiences for customers. My interest in Service culture is very personal due to numerous past personal experiences - Major changes need to be implemented across all sectors one solution at a time.
Let me help you show the humans at the end of your interactions that you CARE, below is a look at my personal professional journey;

Family values, God, living life and giving back to the community are things I'm passionate about.
If Service isn't inspiring trust and loyalty for your brand, then something is wrong - let me check it out, consider it resolved.
I love HUMANS BEINGS - you're welcome to a meet-up (physically or virtually)
My American friend told me Nigeria isn't the only country with service related problems, so long as it's customers, revenue generation and business development; we all speak the same language.. I work internationally too.
I'm passionate about
Looking out my window sometime in 2016 when I was hospitalized, looking out my window, I saw a young boy judiciously picking up thrash on the floor - that's not normal in this part of town.
So I continued watching him and was in awe in how occupied he was until his mother scolded him and told him to stop. (this event happened after watching Simon Sinek's TED talk, which is currently my favourite).
That young man's action inspired me to know that I can't keep waiting for someone else to come solve problems that I come across.
I can also take responsibility wherever I am to make it better. This realization helped me introduce the #streetcleanup campaign conducted in over 12 streets in Kano state Nigeria.
Being able to apply my knowledge to solve problems drives me.
I'm passionate about sustainable safe society, better environment, successful businesses and a healthy economic ecosystem.
An idea worth spreading
Diversity and Inclusion is the root of the community.
Bringing the older generation and the younger generation together to have discussions on how to move forward and heal better as a community.
Learn from the wisdom of the old and learn from the intellectual capacity of the young.

The TED story
Growing up in a traditional Igbo home in Lagos, story telling is a way of life. Every evening, after dinner, my parents would tell us stories (some fictitious, some real) and at the end ask I and my 5 siblings - the moral of the story. Together, in our living room we would analyze ideas till it's time for us all to sleep.
This still continues till date whenever we gather for the holiday season, and has helped shaped my WHY.
I know ideas shape the mind - I believe there are lots of amazing minds in my community that can benefit from having these discussions, knowing that there is no judgement. Just pure love and passion from all in attendance.
Things you might not know
People don't know I'm good at singing in my shower, playing Badminton and choreography. Please don't tell them.
It's our little secret.
