The TED story

In my rising senior year, while doing a research about schools reflecting the creative potential of youth, I found a TED Talk on the YouTube channel of TED called "How Schools Kill Creativity", which helped me a lot to both prepare a good paper and broaden my mental horizon about the specific topic. After that I read more about TED, and TEDx and got information about it. Then in my EAPP (English for Academic Purposes Program) year at ADA University, I had an instructor Mr. Joseph Oliphant, who was giving listening and speaking assignments from TED talks. There were several talks that inspired me and my classmates a lot, which led to great discussions. Afterwards, I started watching more TED talks, outside the class, recommended some of them to my instructor and discussed about some more topics. Now I want everyone to be inspired, motivated and informed by the experiences or ideas of other people and to be willing to spread their own ideas throughout the world.
