I have been involved in TEDx since 2010. I have served in almost every volunteer role, from the person ensuring those few gluten-free sandwiches don't "walk", to my role as the TEDxRochester Licensee & Lead 2016-2020. I am inspired by our new licensee, our city and our team. During my involvement, we developed a shared strategic vision and used that to evolve the spirit of TEDx in Rochester. We have moved beyond an "event" to become a year-long series of connected experiences that build the community and our community's capacity for innovation and positive change. We are deeply committed to diversity, access, equity and inclusion.

I see patterns in human dialogue and interactions like constellations in a night sky. I pull forward important insights and truths by listening deeply and sharing what I see...and that (on a good day!) can have a transformative effect on the groups with whom I have the privilege of working.
