An idea worth spreading
Dance is the most personal and social experience one can have; either as a performer, or in a social gathering, working out or simply watching people move out of themselves with passion and immersion, one is having at once, a personal and communal bodily experience, an experience that reminds us of our connection to the original self, to others, to the cosmos. For we once knew it when we were fœtus and babies with no other language than movement. Dance in essence can change our level of empathy and can indeed change the world.
