Connecting Youths in the metro Vancouver area through sharing new perspectives and communicating meaningful ideas.

TEDx has been a constant companion throughout our lives. I first listened to “Grit: the power of perseverance” by Angela Lee Duckworth in my grade 8 english class. Stunned and inspired by her words that day, I made a promise to myself to never give up pursuing my passion in the arts. I could not stop laughing at Tim Urban's hilarious talk: “Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator’ and as another “master procrastinator” myself, I related to his amusing tales. I remember crawling under the covers after listening to Jon Ronson's eerie and unsettling encounters with psychopaths, as I was both intrigued and awed. TED talks have been the inseparable anchor to my life, as it is through these inspiring words that action was inspired and new perspectives were offered. Determined to put my ambition to action, I wanted to inspire.
