Bio

I am a global citizen in love with learning and exploration. I am currently a freshman majoring in Computer Systems Engineering with a planned minor in Global Management. In the future, I see myself working in the space industry, going through astronaut training, founding new libraries and planetariums in places that have never had them, travelling the world, doing scientific research, and working with local communities throughout the world to bring positive social change. I co-founded run an international non-profit STEM media organization called The Scientific Teen, which has over 75 contributors from over 20 countries. Our mission is to increase awareness of STEM topics and careers, while empowering people to pursue a STEM education. I currently serve as the Editor-in-Chief and a leadership board Director. In my spare time, I like to read, think, read articles, watch TED-Ed and TED Talks, and spend time with my family and friends.

I'm passionate about

Combining multiple diverse fields to help alleviate the world's problems. Being a global citizen. Understanding others. Spreading knowledge. Education. Science. Nature. Exploration.

An idea worth spreading

I think children create connections (associations between different things) much faster than adults do. Just a thought I had through observation and being surprised multiples times with the speed with which children make connections. I have not done any research yet, though I would like to!!
