Pen-Pen Chen M.S. CCC-SLP, TSSLD-BE is a nationally certified and New York State licensed Bilingual Speech and Language Pathologist and Evaluator in the NYC Department of Education. She is also the President/CEO of Penguistics Solutions, LLC, an Adjunct Lecturer in the Curriculum and Teaching and Bilingual/Bicultural Department at Hunter College, a Diction Coach at Edge Studio, Speech Consultant in the Tools for Clear Speech Program at Baruch College, and an English language instructor at the United Nations. She has previously taught Chinese at Columbia University, Teachers College and the New York Times. Ms. Chen is also a professional voice over artisther work can be found on TEDEd and New York Medicaid Choice. She serves on the Educational Education Advisory Board for Change for Kids and Yuming Charter School. Ms. Chen received her M.A. in Chinese Language Pedagogy from Middlebury College, her M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology, Teachers College-Columbia University, her B.A. in Linguistics and East Asian Studies from Bryn Mawr College. She is also a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.

Have been a long-time fan of TED Talks and it's always been a dream to be able to give a TED talk one day. I became involved with TED-ED doing voice over work and have written a few original lessons. It is one of my most favorite things in the world, being involved in helping to spread amazing ideas all around the world!
