I had a lot of thoughts on my mind when I was selected to be the 3rd Lead Organizer of TEDxTSM, I am honored to be chosen and be given this responsibility. However, I was also think about how I should lead the event and the members when the world is being hit by covid-19 with many quarantine regulations. I was confused and just only focused at one point, about how to make the event successful even though I was the first to be chosen to run the event “fully online”. I was scared because no one has done it before on my campus. As time goes by, it turns out that I can get through it because I have a great team that I can rely on. None of this would have been possible without their help and support. Flashback to when I was first selected as the Lead Organizer on TEDxTSM 2021, I was so focused on the worst case, I forgot that I had my members that I could trust. And that's a life, sometimes we just focus on the negative things that can bother us while there are many positive things around us that can help us to grow more than we can imagine.
