Time - Time is the quantitative measure of our lives. What I love trying to understand, and what constantly intrigues me, is why almost all cultures focus on the unit of measurement rather than equally on what we're measuring - the quality of our lives. Every culture has its own approach to how time is experienced, yet measurement of time is a concept that unites all humanity (except for a few Amazonian populations). This science is called chronemics, and it fascinates me because I want to be an ambassador for a message where the best practices for time management that lead to better quality of life are accessible to everyone.

Within each of us lies a dormant genius seed, awakening under the nurturing conditions of curiosity, courage, and persistence—this innate spark propels us to forge meaningful connections, embrace continuous learning, and collectively evolve toward a better, more enlightened world.

Things happen, and good practice lies in knowing how to seize the right opportunity at the right moment. This is what happened 8 years ago when we took the chance to help as volunteers at a TEDx event in Italy, then became co-organizers of our TEDxSpoleto, and eventually became full organizers. The next step is to obtain the 100+ license to help grow this magical event that it has become today.

I'm a Judo black belt and this martial art has been my very first positive pivot in life.
