Alison Bakken

Alison Bakken is the Head of Strategic Resourcing responsible for an agile team of HR and business consultants leading large-scale strategic initiatives and agile transformation. Alison has 25+ years of industry experience in Agile Leadership, Technology, Project & Portfolio Management, Agile Transformation and Large-Scale Program Management. Alison passionately works to improve organizational effectiveness with agile ways of working supported by sound, metrics-based practices to deliver better customer and business outcomes. Alison has an MBA, is PMP certified and has been serving on the Global Executive Council for PMI for the past seven years. She also serves on the Board of Directors of two organizations, Pacer Center which supports children with disabilities and their families and the University of MN Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
