She currently focuses on competency-based education initiatives and e-learning transitions, helping organizations make their content more accessible, adaptive, and effective.

I have always thought public speaking is an under appreciated art. I love seeing Winston Churchill's drafts and edits to his speeches. It makes you realize how much tremendous effort went into them, and when you listen to them, you realize that those speeches kept millions of people from losing hope during a very dark time. What I love about TED and the TEDx concept is that they revive the short speech and its inspiration, humorous, and entertaining role in our lives. I wanted to be a part of bringing that gift to my wonderful community.
