No Patient Alone. What if every diagnosis came with a social health prescription? What if every patient was matched to others going through the same thing, along with evidence based programs, support and navigation to make the journey easier? What if every therapy came with a digital companion to help improve adherence and in turn, health outcomes? What if patient data sharing was participatory and empowered? It's time to think in a connected way about healthcare transformation.

This is my first time to TED and I'm stoked to meet everyone. For the past decade, I have been working on our No Patient Alone mission and digital health company. I feel passionately that a massive gap in healthcare is social prescribing and matching patients to other patients going through the same thing. I love to ski, bake, surf, travel, read, plan parties and be in nature. As a female founder, I'm also dedicated to being an ally and soft shoulder to other CEOs. Part geek, part connector, nothing is sexier to me than exploring ideas through authentic dialogue.
