CARRIE BYALICK B. Company CEO & Founder After nearly two decades as one of the entertainment industry's most-respected and sought-after media and publicity strategists, Carrie Byalick left her SVP position in ID PR’s New York office, to start her own company. In 2016, Byalick opened talent management firm, B. Company, bringing with her some of her existing clients, America Ferrera, Stephen Colbert, and Josh Radnor and signing such multi hyphenates including Jessica Williams (2 DOPE QUEENS, THE INCREDIBLE JESSICA JAMES), Stacy London (WHAT NOT TO WEAR, THE TRUTH ABOUT STYLE), Zoë Chao (STRANGERS, WHERE’D YOU GO BERNADETTE), & Broadway producer and rising fashion icon Jordan Roth. Byalick is known for her creative approach to publicity and management, which plays an integral role in promoting and planning her clients' careers. She embraces out-of-the-box opportunities, always with a client's longevity as the top priority. From her years at ID, Byalick has amassed a diverse and extensive network of contacts where her clients included: Andy Samberg, The Lonely Island, Amy Schumer, Paul Giamatti, Greg Kinnear, Bette Midler, Vera Farmiga, Billy Eichner, Oliver Platt, Sam Rockwell, Noah Baumbach, Whitney Cummings, Greta Gerwig, Ed Helms, Peter Sarsgaard, and more. At ID, Byalick liked to, in her own words, "turn people's heads" through dynamic campaigns designed to promote, provoke, and challenge the norms of convention. These memorable moments can be seen in the success of many of her longstanding clients, as well as those she's fostered from the ground up to award-winning A-list talents. From Oscars® to Emmys® to Grammys® to Peabody Awards, her clients have garnered dozens of accolades with the help of her media & management expertise. Byalick is a devoted strategist whose client-first management has made her an irreplaceable creative partner and an unstoppable problem solver. She recently wrapped executive producing Season 2 of HBO’s critically acclaimed specials 2 DOPE QUEENS following the first run of EPing the successful first season in 2018. She currently has several projects in development. Byalick graduated NYU’s Gallatin school with honors. She resides in New York with her beloved rescue dog Rufus.
