As a Partner at Leaders’ Quest, a global social enterprise, I partner with leaders from across sectors to tackle big systemic challenges. My work ranges from stewarding multi-stakeholder coalitions to designing immersive leadership development programs. Having spent over a decade working on reconciliation efforts in the Middle East, I have seen firsthand what's possible through radical collaboration. I'm a first generation American, proud Brooklynite and mother of two.

Having better conflicts and navigating through contested spaces as opposed to around them. I love helping ecosystems become more self aware through shared language and shared tools.
