An investor by background, Anne focuses on the role that business and its leaders can play in society. She seeks to maximise the generation of both financial and social returns for all stakeholders, and believes that doing the right thing is almost always good business. Anne is a Non-Executive Director of Man Group plc, John Laing plc, and of Summit Materials in the US. Anne is also a Partner at Leaders' Quest where she co-Directed the BankingFutures Initiative in partnership with Meteos. Anne sits on board of Big Society Capital in London, and Heron in New York. Previously Anne spent 17 years at The Capital Group. She divides her time between London and the beautiful coast of Maine, where she enjoys life with her husband and 16 year-old twins.
