An idea worth spreading

I have been working for many years studying how personal motivation and positive attitude can work together in our brain and in our hearts so that we can be better persons and as a result, better professionals. In my Blog, Motivando el Fururo (www.motivandoelfuturo.com - which translates into English as Motivating the Future) I have been writing about these two topics since 2010. And they do work better when combined together. This is why I created #Motitud, which is the result of Motivation plus Attitude.

The TED story

I attended my first TEDx event in 2015 in Houston, though I have watched TED Talks for years. As a professor, I also use many TED Talks that illustrate the topics in management, team work and leadership that I teach. And 2020 was been very significant year in my TED related activities. In April 2020 I hosted my first TED Circles in Caracas (my next milestone will be my 50th Circle by the end of this year). On October 2020 along with Melissa Serrano, we organized the first TEDx Countdown on the Global Warming issues celebrated in Venezuela and then in November, we organized and I co-hosted the first ever TEDx Women event done in Venezuela, the TEDxAltamira Women 2020. We have already produced and organized the TEDxAltamira Women event in 2021 and then in 2022. So I believe my TED journey is just beginning.
