Bio
Rachel is an architect-turned-digital-entrepreneur from a multi-cultural background, with a wide spectrum of professional experience that spans from innovative digital startup experience across architectural work, to business development, PR, interpreting work, writing and experience in television production. She is mother to five children, is happily married and currently lives in Rome, Italy.
In her work with the Presencing Institute, Rachel blends her love of writing and graphic design skills with a deep commitment to understanding and illuminating the inner and outer dimensions of leading social change. She manages the Presencing Institute’s numerous social networking and digital communication channels. She has been a co-host of the Rome u.lab hub and has contributed to its digital and physical growth.
Rachel is passionate about empowering individuals, teams, communities and organisations to unleash their highest level of contribution, to create the best possible individual and collective future. She designs programs that help people to discover, explore and develop their entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Rachel is fascinated by communities and has been researching and prototyping ways to keep global community members connected meaningfully.
Rachel speaks five languages and holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, a BA in Architecture & Building Technology from the University La Sapienza, and is an MIT-Certified Teacher in New Ventures Leadership.
