Bio
Gideon has a first degree (Second class upper division) in business administration from the University of Benin, Nigeria and is currently a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) candidate. He has a growing experience in project management, business development, Advisory and strategy, managing business relationships, human capital development, sustainable development strategies, coordinating training solutions and projects for banks as well as the regulators. He is naturally blessed with great communication, business analysis and development skills. He has a strong interest in driving new business development, relationship management, training & development, business strategy and analysis , Risk management (Its international regulation and supervision ; The BASEL ACCORD I,II & III) as well as Africa's future development through creating solutions to tackle concerns around human capital and skill development for young people. He is currently the Lead Partner,Strategy for PM Hub, an international management consulting firm committed to human capital development, business advisory and impact investment in Africa.
