I am an educator based in Dubai with a unique professional journey that began outside the classroom. I started my career as an HR Associate in a multinational IT company, where I gained valuable experience in employee engagement, communication, and onboarding processes. While this role shaped my professional foundation, it also helped me discover something deeper—my ability to connect with people meaningfully. After moving to Dubai, my path naturally shifted toward education. I began as a teaching assistant, learning from the ground up, and gradually progressed to teaching primary and now secondary students. This journey has given me a strong understanding of learners at different stages and has shaped my teaching philosophy. I believe teaching is not something you choose—it is something that chooses you. In my classroom, I focus on clear communication, empathy, and thoughtful guidance. I strive to present ideas in ways that are honest yet sensitive, ensuring students feel supported while also being challenged to grow. Being a young educator allows me to connect with students on a deeper level, understand their perspectives, and create a space where they feel heard. I see my role not just as a teacher, but as someone who guides, mentors, and helps students navigate both academics and life.

If we can learn to communicate in ways that inform without hurting, correct without discouraging, and guide without imposing, we can create classrooms where students not only learn—but thrive.

When I moved to Dubai, my journey took an unexpected turn. I stepped into the world of education—not as a teacher, but as a teaching assistant. It was a humble beginning, but it was also where I discovered something powerful: teaching wasn’t just a job for me, it felt natural. Step by step, I grew—teaching primary students, then moving into secondary education. Along the way, I discovered my strength: communication. Not just speaking, but how to speak—how to correct without hurting, guide without discouraging, and inspire without overwhelming. A moment that stayed with me was when a parent once said, “I wish my child could speak like you one day.” That sentence made me realize that my impact was going beyond subjects and lessons—it was shaping confidence and expression. At the same time, I began discovering another side of myself—public speaking. What started as a small compliment grew into opportunities to anchor and host events, connecting with larger audiences and finding my voice on stage. Today, I stand at a point where all these experiences come together. I am not just an educator—I am a communicator, a mentor, and a lifelong learner. My story is about unexpected paths, discovering your voice, and understanding that sometimes, the role meant for you finds you when you least expect it. And when it does—you don’t just work in it, you grow into it.
