Yousuf is the Chief Strategy Officer of Dubai Holding, which is a global investment company. He is responsible to develop and manage the investment strategy to achieve the company’s vision and create value to the shareholder. He is also a member of the investment committees of the group Previously, he was involved in the setup of The Consulting Office (TCO Management Consulting), which was an initiative by the Government of Dubai to provide management consultancy to the public sector; where later he became the CEO of the company. During the time at TCO, Yousuf was involved in consulting project at all level of government entities, which includes the Prime Minister's Office of UAE. Those projects covered different segments of the public sector, which includes tourism, media, health, education, and sports and youth development. In 2006, he joined The Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and the Ruler of Dubai. While at the H.H.’s office, Yousuf was involved and led number of strategic projects for H.H. and Dubai. Yousuf is passionate on turning new business ideas into reality where he was involved in development of several enterprises such as real estate financing, hospitality management, sports management, and internet-based technology start-ups. Yousuf holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD in France, a Master of Public Administration from National University of Singapore (Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy) and a BA in Corporate Finance from Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
