Ajay Pandey is a branding consultant and the founder of Chaitanya. He was born in Kapilbastu but grew up in Bhairahawa, Nepal. He later moved to Kathmandu to build his career. Over the years, Ajay has interacted with and trained more than 35,000 students across Nepal. He has worked as a brand consultant for over 20 companies. He has been working in the sector for the last 9 years and has become a highly sought-after expert in the field. In addition to his work as a branding consultant and founder of Chaitanya, Ajay Pandey is also a co-founder of Youth Hive, Language Nepal, and Future Apparel. These organizations are focused on empowering youth, promoting language learning, and sustainable fashion, respectively. Prior to his current roles, Ajay was associated with Glocal, a leading organization in Nepal, for seven years as the Brand & IT Manager. During this time, he played a key role in developing the organization’s brand and implementing its IT systems. Ajay’s dedication to social causes is evident in his role as the country director of IYF Nepal, a global youth development organization. He has also founded Hopes of Change, a non-profit organization that aims to support underprivileged children through education and skill development. Ajay’s wide-ranging experience in branding, technology, and social causes has made him a valuable asset to the Nepalese community. He continues to work tirelessly to promote positive change and inspire others to do the same. Aside from his work in branding, Ajay has a diverse range of interests. He is passionate about poetry, traveling, skill development, and learning new languages.
