I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about building communities and ecosystems that bring extraordinary people together to create something greater than themselves. I believe that when diverse minds connect, ideas emerge, collaborations form, friendships grow, and innovations are born that have the power to shape a better future.
An idea worth spreading
The future is not Artificial Intelligence. The future is Collective Intelligence amplified by Artificial Intelligence.
Humanity’s greatest challenges are not knowledge problems—they are coordination problems. We already possess incredible knowledge, talent, and technology. What we often lack is the ability to connect intelligence across people, teams, organizations, and societies.
Artificial Intelligence can process information at unprecedented speed. Humans contribute creativity, empathy, ethics, purpose, and wisdom. Neither reaches its full potential alone.
The next breakthrough will not come from humans competing with machines, but from humans and machines collaborating to solve problems together.
When AI amplifies collective intelligence, we can make better decisions, learn faster, innovate more effectively, and create a future that is both technologically advanced and deeply human.
AI is not the destination. It is the amplifier. Collective Intelligence is the true superpower.

The TED story
My journey has taken me from international technology projects at the age of fourteen to studying in a Shaolin Monastery in China, and later to building communities, companies, and experiences across the world.
Throughout these experiences, one insight has remained constant: the most powerful ideas rarely emerge from individuals alone. They emerge when diverse people come together around a shared purpose.
For more than a decade, I have dedicated my work to creating environments where this can happen. Through collective intelligence workshops, leadership experiences, innovation programs, and entrepreneurial ventures, I have seen how meaningful conversations can spark new ideas, collaborations, businesses, friendships, and even movements.
TED has always represented something deeply aligned with this belief. Ideas have the power to change the way we think, act, and live. But even more importantly, ideas have the power to connect people who would otherwise never meet.
This is why I want to bring TEDx to Altaussee.
Altaussee is a unique place where art, culture, science, entrepreneurship, and nature intersect. For generations, extraordinary thinkers, creators, and innovators have found inspiration here. Yet much of this potential remains invisible to the world.
My vision for TEDxAltaussee is to create a platform where local perspectives meet, where diverse voices are heard, and where ideas worth spreading become collaborations worth building.
At a time when artificial intelligence is transforming our world, I believe human connection, curiosity, and collective intelligence have never been more important. The future will not be shaped by technology alone. It will be shaped by people who are willing to learn from one another and build something greater together.
For me, TEDx is not simply an event. It is an opportunity to cultivate a community of thinkers, creators, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, and changemakers who believe that ideas can create a better future.
