An award-winning entrepreneur, young achiever, internationally recognized as an emerging woman leader, Stuti Jalan herself is a force to be reckoned with! She founded Crosshairs Communication which is one of the leading public relations, brand consultancy, social media and event management firm in India, when she was just 23 years old. Stuti is extremely passionate and at Crosshairs, backed with handpicked professionals she redefines the role of public relations and tries to push the boundaries of what public relations can do. Crosshairs Communication has diverse clients, including top corporate houses, luxury and fashion brands, government houses and social projects.
Stuti has been recognized worldwide as an inherent thought leader, an effective communicator who can create the right strategy with the same aplomb as she applies innovation and advises on brand-building to her clients. She was an invited speaker at the International Conference for Women in Business & at TedxMarunouchi 2013 in Tokyo. She was invited to speak at the Dell Women Entrepreneur Network in Turkey and New York conferences on the Emerging Businesswoman in the New World in 2013. She was nominated and selected for the Fortune US state department mentorship program in United States which connects the Fortune 500 companies most powerful women with emerging women leaders around the world in 2011. Stuti is a Guest faculty in communication institutes, conducted Brand and Media workshops and has written various articles in magazines and newspapers such as The Huffington Post, The Times of India, Vogue.in, The Hindu and various online publications. She holds a Masters in Communication Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication in India. She sees an untapped potential in today’s women and believes in investing and empowering them as a way to give back to the society she hails from. Stuti is a certified scuba diver and enjoys tennis and pottery in her spare time.
