Bio

Sarah is a skilled artist and personal/interpersonal exploration guide. Her self actualization has been in multiple disciplines including drawing/painting/sculpting, dance, aerial acrobatics, drama, creative writing ,music, yoga and meditation. Her career began in performance and grew into her becoming a lead aerial trainer, director and choreographer for over 15 production shows for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. The cruise industry has taken her around the world and given her the unique opportunity to work with a high caliber, global team of technical and performance talent. It was with the introduction of yoga and meditation practice that she began exploring the correlation between art and deep, personal exploration and emotional healing. She began to be interested in the process rather than only focusing on the "product" or performance. She discovered that in the transparent and flexible environment of process, a great opportunity to gain access to and address the complicated and multi-faceted self exists. In collaboration with the non-profit organization S.M.I.L.E for Change, Sarah has begun her work as a personal/interpersonal exploration guide. With clear, set intention Sarah is able to guide participants through a profound discovery process of their inner/interpersonal selves. This process is set up to empower people to shift the held beliefs that may no longer be serving them positively. In the safe and supportive space that Sarah creates she guides individuals and groups through activities drawing from creative arts and yoga/meditation. After the activities there is a reflection and feedback talk or writing forum that concretizes the exploration experience.
