Bio
Josiane Couto Silva is a multifaceted 38-year-old woman. With a technical background in nursing, she currently works with adolescents with disabilities. In search of new horizons, Josiane is studying event management at Uniasselvi and has extensive education training, including courses on youth and adult education (IFBA) and special education (UFPE). Additionally, she is studying English( SEDA COLLEGE)and pursuing a postgraduate degree in arts(FACUMINAS).
Active in her community, Josiane has volunteered for beach cleanups and has organized four editions of TEDx, in addition to contributing to the international magazine Impact. Her passion for writing led her to compose a book of poetry with 142 poems that she still intends to publish; with the help of artificial intelligence, these poems have been transformed into songs. With a deep desire to share her messages with the world, she is dedicated to inspiring young people to find joy in studying, using her experience as a mother and an observer of the challenges faced by adolescents in public schools. Josiane dreams of becoming an influencer who, through her actions, can help her family and many others.
