I am an entrepreneur & freelance consultant working on creative ideas with the capacity to impact masses. A first-generation entrepreneur from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from SRM University in Chennai, where I started up in the first year of college life and was one of the first student Entrepreneurs from Chennai in 2012, having employed 90+ students in various fields of work. I have started and run businesses & in the fields of design, e-commerce, drop-shipping, digital marketing, event management & community-based learning. I have also worked as a consultant with 40+ organizations on projects involving product design & development, research, marketing, design, brand development, business development, and community development. My work has been covered in both national & regional press. Apart from the startup eco-system, I am actively involved with not-for-profit organizations working towards bridging the skill set & knowledge gap that exists in smaller towns due to lack of opportunity. I host the annual TEDxDharamshala conference which has an attendance of 100 delegates from 10 countries and 22 cities and has given learning and development opportunities to over 80+ young volunteers in the Dharamshala region. I regularly engage with the startup community around the country and have given a number of workshops & seminars on ideation, Marketing & Community building at various incubators registered under the Startup India Program. He is also a member of the Global Shapers Community by the World Economic Forum. I am now working on developing a platform to enable the discovery and adoption of sustainable and healthy Hemp and Cannabis-based products.

Ideas & People = Stories. Stories are something that I am genuinely passionate about. Not just listening to them or narrating them, but more importantly creating them and being a part of them. An Idea forms the basis of every interesting story ever narrated. There is something innately inspiring in shaping a thought into reality. It's a great learning experience and I try to live it as often as possible. Next in line are people, my community. Individuals who play an important part in shaping ideas and creating stories. It's no fun doing things alone. My Work mostly comprises of projects that impact individuals and promote creativity. The passion for good stories ensures that I experiment quite often and explore as much as I can.

I've been an active part of the TED & TEDx Community for over 9 years and have had the chance to engage with TEDx events in all capacities from being a speaker to an attendee and from a licensee and volunteer.
