I've had an awakening. During my time at the past three TED conferences, I've come to realize inspiration springs from witnessing and listening to the world around you in all the forms that present themselves. The works of others begets the passion to fulfill a need in those looking for a way into their own destiny. Being around the people and ideas shared at TED has an extraordinarily entertaining and profound impact on the way you see your life and the road you are on. I suspect the entertainment value is that you realize that you are capable of becoming a significant influence in making the world a better place and bringing harmony to more people.

Making connections, making conversation, storytelling, listening. Staying afloat in all ways that matter... I'm always thinking about the value of things, like this question. How does one know what they are good at amongst subjective subjects? Does a question like this inspire one to think about what they are good at that makes money or what they are good at that makes them spiritually attractive to others?
