About Nazanine
Bio
Studied Mechanical Engineering. Worked as a bio-engineer, supply chain and finance professional. After being on the corporate treadmill for 13 years I decided to take step back and take some time off to reflect on the things that matter the most in life. I focused on spending time with family and friends. I started taking classes in the areas that interested me the most and got more involved in TED/TEDx. I am a TED addict.

The TED story
It all started when I bought my iPad and my friends told me what "apps" I should download. I immediately got addicted to TED talks, watching them at home, on flights and before going to bed. They changed my life and I learned something new almost daily. I also have to thank my dear friend Lynn Tabbara for getting me involved in TED/TEDx. She inspired me to host my first livestream session of TEDWomen in 2013, to help her with her TEDx in London and then have enough courage and inspiration to plan my own TEDx and the first TEDx in Monaco (TEDxIUM). I am lucky that TED/TEDx is new to almost everyone I speak to in Monaco. They can feel my passion for the brand and almost immediately they are converted into TED/TEDx fans.
