I graduated from the University Autonomous of Barcelona in Translation/Interpreter in French and Russian languages. After a few jobs in the Tourism Guide sector, i founded the company "Turisme Imaginari SL", which took over management of the Girona Town Hall "Punt de Benvinguda". This facility receives day travelers to Girona visiting the Old Town, and also plenty of families that have their first contact with the City at PB. Recently I finished my Master on Cultural Tourism at the University of Girona. My main purpose was to get a better formation due to my heavy involvement in touristic activities in the heritage-full cities of Girona and Figueres, and also Costa Brava villages. My latest commitment to Girona's promotion has been to join forces with Hotel and Commerce businesspeople in "Girona Avanca", whose goal is to foster Girona's brand from a private sector point of view, complementing public initiatives leaded by the Town Hall. Girona is indeed in a positive progress, with a strong cultural heritage, the world's best restaurant (El Celler de Can Roca), nearby Dali's Museum and Dali's related villages, and the warm Costa Brava seaside. This has provided me plenty of opportunities to contact people, to bring about initiatives and to enjoy work and life together.

Cinema is my love, I rarely miss going there once a week. And the Emporda countryside always surprises me, with its calm appearance and its cultural treasures. And international travel indeed!

Play together! Perhaps my Mediterranean background, perhaps an influence from great people around me - I tend to joint forces with other people, place connections with organizations and other companies. Work together and enjoy it! Optimism is one of my key attitudes in life. Despite the current economic downturn, I still manage to survive afloat and help people. Solidarity is better leveraged when forces are joined; this is the reason why we have organized a variety of active fund collections for those that have economic problems in our society. Visit together! I try to organize new guided touristic activities for leisure and culture, for groups both local and international.

I have attended various TEDx events: first, TEDxGirona on 2011. Later, TEDxUdG on 2012 and 2013, along with TEDxYouth@UdG, TEDxUdGChange and TEDxUdGLive. Recently I attended also TEDxUdG's TEDxCity 2.0, which provided me with the idea of organizing a TEDxWomen event. I have watcher a variety of TEDTalks, which not only help in getting new ideas, but allow also to improve English language skills. I love the format of TEDxTalks, and I like very much the structure, strenght and passion that speakers deliver. After each talk, I am empowered with new energy. Recently I organized TEDxGironaWomen, my first event as organizer and curator.

I used to play volleyball. People do not realize that I was a sportswoman. In a sense, taking care of a business in the Tourism sector is like playing volley: a team effort. Play together!
