Cofounder Lighting Lanterns Media Works Pvt Ltd., TEDx Licensee | IIC INNOVATION AMBASSADOR -MIC | BLOGGER| STORY TELLER|Change Maker|Mentor|Method Actor | Entrepreneur |Teacher After completing my Undergraduate in Engineering, started my career as a salesperson, where I learned customer Engagement and behavioral etiquette When I joined as a lecturer in 2010 in a private Engineering college whereby the time the Engineering education started taking a new dimension, 2013 at Anna University completing my Post Graduation lend me the tool of building a Generation of professionals who could make an impact in the society they live in, I understood it necessarily may not be in Engineering but everywhere. 11 Years of Teaching, Training, and Development verticals made me understand the existence and purpose of my life and that is how Lighting Lantern Media works Private limited is born, with due respect to my other two failed startups. Now as Innovation Ambassador of MHRD Innovation cell, Mentor of MET Business Incubation Center, and a Teacher, I tried my luck in cinemas with Method Acting to build my Next-Gen Innovation Dream. I train students and young team in Design Thinking with LOTEI Techniques and so far felt responsible for a change in few training 3000+ Students across India. I understood my passion and I will continue doing it !!!

I am passionate about bringing changes. It is about finding myself and what I am capable of doing. I like to take responsibilities , organize, and lead as a leader that is committed to bringing a positive change.

There are times you pushed hard in life, there are three options you can take either blame the life, push it back and run and then learn lessons and you need to keep moving. I was a failure in everything from my profession to passion, but I myself never underrated me, I always keep on learning, I started celebrating failures, I accepted the shortcomings i enjoyed smallest of the acheivements. one this gave me the driving force to keep on trying from my startup failure to getting a TEDx License was all part of this Journey. I had two startups which eventually I have to shut down because I never understood the pulse of running it, through paid less I was satisfied with my teaching profession, but still passionate about giving something big to the young community, I wanted to make the young community in bring in changes and teach them with confidence and persistent efforts anything can be achieved, before a mere speech I want it to put it into action and then prove them the theory works out. That is why I again restarted a company called Lighting Lantern Media works private Limited and we train young minds on Design thinking for life, product Innovation using my own experiential learning methods which Include LOTEI (listen, Observe, Train, Execute, Invest) technique. That is what made me show the young minds when persistence meets passion you could produce wonders, that's how an application for TEDx License was made, after 1 rejection, I learned, adapted to train, Trained my mind, and tried again with another application got my Standard License. For Inspiration, you constantly need not watch Inspiring stories the real inspiration comes from our mind, a provocation for change, one step that we take to bring in changes will make us taste the sweet of achievement. Be the change you need is the idea I have worth spreading.
