Bio

Chris Neary is a Brand Strategist and is credited with creating the ubiquitous Telus animal campaign that is still running today. Today, his Vancouver-based company Frank Strategy helps companies create strong brands with meaningful customer experiences. Before coming to Canada, Chris was a Creative Director in London, England at Agency.com. There, he worked on international brands including Intel, Compaq, British Airways, GlaxoSmithKline, Formula1, FoxTV, Canucks, Channel 4TV and Colgate. In fact, some of the brands that Chris has managed have attained award-winning status including a UK Marketing Magazine 'grand prix' and a Canadian Marketing Magazine 'best brand in Canada'. From early stage start-ups to medium sized companies to mammoth corporations, Chris has helped to provide new brand insights and directions for clients such as Virgin, Telus, Canpages, Saputo, Tourism Vancouver, Coastal Contacts, BC Hydro and Yokahama. Chris is active in his community and is a council member for The Bloom Group, a social services group in Vancouver. He is also the Chairman of TEDx Vancouver.
