1. Connecting people to work: There is more opportunity than ever, and there are more people struggling to find work. My focus is to fix systems and infrastructure across companies needing talent and intermediaries facilitating access and people that have capacity and capabilities. 2. Help companies build businesses that are human centric - While we race towards AI, companies need to build businesses that put humans at the center and AI in support. This requires a fundamental re-thinking of labor intensive professions, upskilling and human value addition 3. Craftsmanship: I am passionate about craftsman. People who can apply deep commitment to their craft to build timeless products that fit into an any era. I covet and honor people like Jacques Marie Mage, Ryo Kashiwazaki of Hender Scheme and many other designers, product makers that ignore the fad and focus on craft. 4. Trails: I am deep believer in the outdoors, a direct walkable and bike able connection to the outdoors. I am in the board of Rails to Trails, one of the largest organization dedicated to trail development across the country. My focus is to build trails connecting under served communities across America.
