i believe the key factor to which many youth are unemployed around the globe especially in Africa is that they don't know their personal mission statement. Every growing child once had an aspiration to be something great in a selected profession or art but along the way of the child growth.Parents and family members do try to reshape the aspirations of the child to what they think is appropriate to fit their status quo or what they want for the child but not what the child wants.Since the parent or relative pays the bills of the child,the child must conform which also breeds timidity as many see as humility. Against this background, many youth become square pegs in round hole meaning being mismatch in the corporate market and also since the educational system do not give many the chance to be creative and innovative.Many are yet to appreciate the essence of having an entrepreneurial mindset to help change situations in Africa.I entreat many career development professionals to aid

Its after watching series of TEDtalks, i got inspired,motivated to do more, help society in any possible and legitimate way out of this i promised myself to be a curator to share the vision of TED to those in my community and also bridge the gap of mentorship,ideas sharing among others and also get the chance to be a speaker at TEDTalk , TEDActive or Conference.
