She is an executive-level coach and strategic advisor known for her ability to make the complex simple and to drive strategic clarity and execution throughout organizations. She has worked with CEOs, BODs and led a global team of over 500 employees with operations in Asia, Americas, and Europe. Karin brings over 25 years of leadership experience to her clients. She spent 15 years in various senior leadership positions in the life sciences, after transitioning from a decade long consulting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. She is a certified Executive Coach of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She believes when leaders and teams value and leverage diversity, creativity and innovation flourish.
