Nancy lead Global Supply Chains (manufacturing, distribution, logistics, sourcing, quality, engineering, new product development, consumer call centers) for branded consumer goods companies (Procter & Gamble, Estée Lauder Cos, Moen Inc). She has served on Corporate Boards for the past 12 years. She currently is on the board for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati.

YOU MATTER! I am struck by how deeply and profoundly people have impacted my life. Unfortunately, I don't think they fully realize or appreciate their impact. Two favorite quotes that capture this include Maryanne Williamson " Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." and Jill Morris (Choiceworks) "when you speak, you lead." So the most impactful and satisfying path is to identify our essence and fully leverage that essence with all that we touch and in all that we pursue.

Global BUILDER: At 5 I learned to ride my bike in one day and road two neighborhoods away (which I did get some feedback about from my parents). At 8 I was making and selling doll clothes around the neighborhood. By 12 I was sewing competitively. At 13 I talked my parents into sending me 3 states away to a girls ranch in Colorado for a month. At 17 I traveled 3 states away and spent 6 weeks in the Kentucky Appalachians building roads and a community center with a poor, rural community. By 22 I had my degree in Civil Engineering so sewing patterns turned into blue prints and my travel graduated from states to countries. I went on to build and lead technology, products, large organizations, brands and global businesses. Net, as long as I'm BUILDING I'm happy. My building is currently focused on collaborating with other extraordinary talent to imagine, design and create products, spaces and experiences that integrate beauty and function and to revitalize America.

Design: I designed, built and decorated my first home at 27 and a few more since then. I have also designed furniture, rugs, rehearsal dinner celebrations and innovative leadership development events
