Bio
Known for her unique ability to connect people to their deepest held beliefs and inspire courageous action, Lucy has devoted herself to unlocking the science and practice of how people change. She is a social psychologist, venture philanthropist and creator of the Life Revealed events and podcast series. Lucy is a steward of aligning people to their highest purpose and truth with an emphasis on awakening, empowering and dynamically reshaping culture.
Lucy is a well respected public speaker and leads workshops at the Esalen Institute, Awaken Society, and various conferences and transformational experiences around the world. Lucy facilitates a series of ongoing events and an annual summit for women visionary leaders across disciplines focused on activating empowered feminine leadership. She also co-hosts a salon series with thought-leader John Hagel, co-chairman of Center for the Edge, Deloitte and Tim Chang, partner at the Mayfield Fund. Grounded in research on successful movements of social change, these salons bring together leaders on the cutting edge of societal transformation with visionaries, investors and experts in the field.
Trained as a social psychologist at Stanford University, Lucy has always been fascinated by human behavior and the cycle of change. She is fueled by the insight that each person has extraordinary potential that can be unlocked and cultivated as we realize the powerful role we each hold as the narrator of our own life story and the collective story of humanity.
