I support community and capacity building among TED fellows as head of alumni and coaching. I’m the executive director for the YWCA of Binghamton and Broome County - we provide essential housing, health, and childcare services for women in need. And I take on a very few coaching clients to help new parents with big careers find confidence and sanity.
