I am a very confident 32 year old lady with a strong passion for charity and writing. My interest in Journalism spans from childhood when i always wanted to be the first person to tell a story. My interest in the last 10 years has been to highlight ills in my country. I have a few awards for setting the agenda and driving attention to issues such as child labour and the lack of basic amenities in several communities. I also double as News anchor and Head of News Production for TV3. My hobbies include swimming and watching soccer.

I am very passionate about the issues that militate against the general development of the poor. I dedicate a significant amount of my time and resources to helping correct this.

I think TED should be more accessible in Africa. At the moment, a few elite know about it. I think it is a fantastic platform that should be attended by many from Africa. It opens us opportunities of networking and telling our own stories of technology, development etc

I am super excited about TED. Been looking for a platform to network with people from different backgrounds, culture etc. I am looking forward to share my ideas and also draw on the experiences of others to enhance my career.

People do not actually know that i am good at soccer. Well i do not play, but for a woman my knowledge and interest will amaze a lot of people.
