I'm passionate about

innovation driving creativity. Making the complex simpler and connecting great minds to create bigger and better solutions is a passion. Experiencing joy in making unseen gifts, talents seen.

An idea worth spreading

is the importance of allowing for space. Space for listening, space of really hearing, space to question our assumptions and space for acknowledging and validating. It is often challenging to do both personally and professionally. Technology challenges us, others challenge us, the pace of life challenges us, our lifestyle and culture challenges us. So much is created in that space. More inclusion, diverse thoughts and perspectives, a new way of seeing problems and finding solutions. When practiced, and it takes much practice for those of us who are extraverted, we begin to see how much noise is in our lives. It is sometimes uncomfortable yet highly treasured and valued and sorely needed.
