Bio
With a Law degree from the University of Lisbon, I've developed my career as a business journalist. I started to work back in 1988, as a contributor to the Business and Economics section of the weekly newspaper Semanario. I was a member of the team that in 1989 founded Exame, a business magazine, and its competitor, Fortuna, launched in 1991. In 1996 I've moved to Executive Digest, where I served as editor coordinator. In December 2000 I became editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan Portugal. I was the editor-in-chief of Exame business magazine for nine years (from 2003 until December 2012) and now I work a freelance journalist, while developing my own editorial projects.
I've authored the article "Women's Leadership" (2012, Nova School of Business & Economics, Applied Knowledge Series) and two books: As Mulheres Normais Tem Qualquer Coisa de Excepcional (2009, Bertrand ) and, with Filipe S. Fernandes, Antonio Champalimaud, Construtor de Imperios (2011, Esfera dos Livros).
