Bio
I'm a west coast girl with a midwest heart. I was born in Illinois, later moved to Wisconsin and then back to Illinois all before settling in California at the age of seven. So, even though I technically grew up here, my roots lie with the 2016 MLB Championship Cubs and da 1985 Bears. I tried a short stint as a competitive downhill skiier but realized that I functioned better on two feet. I played soccer through high school and was even the Folsom bulldog for 3 years. After high school I attended the University of California at Davis and later went on to California State University of Sacramento to obtain my teaching credential. I have been a member of the WUSD family since 2002 and feel so fortunate to call the "duck pond" home. In my spare time I enjoy trying new sushi rolls, spending time with friends & my dog Scout and traveling anywhere and everywhere.
