I am a really diverse individual, having really diverse interests under various aspects of life. But I like summarizing all that I am into a personal mantra I have developed over the years whilst closely observing my various interests and preferences. This is how it goes: "Lerothodi Molete is passionate about greatness, and has been called to be a Leader, Entrepreneur/businessman, Inspirational Speaker, Engineer, Professional Basketball Player, Photographer and author, mainly seeking to glorify his God his creator, and serving his generation by making a difference in the world". The main focus that I have in life is living out the purpose given to me by God, and it is mainly to serve humanity, so it remains my priority to achieve greatness and serve humanity, whether it be in the passion of leadership, entrepreneurship, basketball, engineering, photography, literature or public speaking, the focal point remains that = Greatness + Humanity.

I am passionate about entrepreneurship and youth development, and I consider myself as an aspiring entrepreneur and a youth developer.

I am deeply passionate about the African Continent and seeing its potential being reached. I would like to see poverty end, and for our continent to be developed –particularly in terms of infrastructure. I am an Agriculturalist by profession, also currently busy with a Civil Engineering degree which is both tools that will enable me to be actively and intensively involved in the ending of poverty and development of infrastructure of the African continent. My personal development every single day is geared towards becoming a better adviser to African farmers to be able to maximize their productivity in order increase food security in the nation, because a major problem in Africa is that most farmers are only subsistence farmers, this is a problem.

Yes, my associate and I have been involved in TEDx events since 2013 when we first got the license. Since then we have organized over 8 TEDx events. We have established a TEDxUFS (University TEDx event) and a TEDxYouth@NavalHill (Youth TEDx event), and we are gearing up for a TEDxBloemfontein in 2016. At the beginning our 2015 tenure, we headed into the 2nd term of the TEDxUFS project with much energy, wielding a very innovative theme, which was bound to spark up creative TEDxtalks and very robust engagements; the theme for the TEDxUFS project for 2015 was: “Ask Why: thinking critically about the world today, under-pinned by the ever-changing landscape of technology, politics, science, entertainment, business and design, thus seeking a deeper understanding of why things are, how things work, and why are they the way that they are, a call for a nation to rise, and ask why”.

Public speaking and writing, which are things that I do on a regular basis and try my best to be good at, and it is really disappointing me when I do not do well at these particular things
