Bio

I like making things happen! This extends to turning visionary ideas into actionable plans, transforming rough concepts into clear, strategic steps for successful execution. I’m also dedicated to creating sustainable governance structures to ensure the long-term success of these initiatives, all in the spirit of fostering a vibrant society and building our ambitious nation.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about creating meaningful impact within my community, particularly by providing resources and support systems that foster personal growth. Growing up, I realized that not everyone has access to tools that empower them to break generational struggles or pursue their ambitions confidently. For me, this has become a driving force; I want to help others find the stability and opportunities that can redefine their lives. From starting initiatives to promoting mental well-being to collaborating on community development projects, I’m drawn to efforts that make a tangible difference in people’s lives. My work on various projects has taught me that even small resources can create a domino effect of positive change. I believe that when we offer support to those who need it, we unlock potential that benefits not only individuals but the larger community. This passion is rooted in my understanding that everyone has untapped strengths; sometimes, they just need the right support to uncover them. Through my efforts, I aim to be that support, helping people realize their potential and, ultimately, building a stronger, more resilient community where everyone has the chance to succeed.

An idea worth spreading

One idea worth spreading is the importance of nurturing curiosity and self-awareness as tools for personal and communal growth. I believe that curiosity drives us to explore beyond surface-level understanding and question the world around us. This doesn't just apply to academics or career pursuits; it's a way of thinking that can redefine how we approach life. Self-awareness complements this, acting as a mirror that reveals our values, strengths, and limitations. Together, curiosity and self-awareness empower us to make meaningful choices, navigate challenges, and contribute to our communities with purpose and empathy. This idea resonates deeply with me because I’ve seen how asking myself the right questions has helped me understand my motivations and grow in unexpected ways. For instance, simply asking "How?" has led to realizations that have fundamentally changed my perspective on various issues. Imagine a world where each person is guided by curiosity and self-awareness; the ripple effects could foster empathy, innovation, and positive societal change. By promoting this mindset, I hope to inspire others to delve deeper into their own lives, encouraging a culture where we all strive for continuous growth, grounded in a genuine understanding of ourselves and the world.

The TED story

If I were to share a TED story, it would be about the power of asking questions. Growing up, I didn’t realize how transformative a single question could be until I began intentionally asking myself “How?” and “Why?” as a way to dig deeper into my own thoughts, actions, and surroundings. This practice changed my life. By learning to ask the right questions, I’ve been able to break down complex situations, redefine goals, and approach challenges with a clarity I didn’t know was possible. For example, in a recent project I led, I kept returning to the question, "How can we make a lasting impact?" That simple question helped me focus the project in a way that was deeply meaningful for our team and our community.

People don't know I'm good at

People don’t know I’m good at adapting quickly to unexpected situations and finding creative solutions on the fly. Whether it's a last-minute change in an event or an unforeseen issue during a project, I’ve learned to keep a calm, problem-solving mindset. This ability has come in handy countless times, especially in community projects where unexpected shifts are the norm rather than the exception. It’s something I’ve honed over time, from managing tight deadlines to juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. Many people might see me as structured and organized, but what they don’t often see is the flexibility and creative thinking required behind the scenes. I’ve grown to thrive in situations where I have to make quick decisions or pivot from the original plan, finding a way to maintain the project’s goals even when things go sideways. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out solutions that others may overlook, and it’s something I’m proud of, even if it usually goes unnoticed. To me, these are the moments where real growth and learning happen, and I’m excited to keep sharpening this skill as I tackle new challenges.
