I was born on May 2000. At the time of this writing, I am 22 years old and am passionate about creating a TEDx event in my University. Currently, I am a Medical Student at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil and perform as one of the top students in my class. Alongside working in national activities with IFMSA (the largest medical student organization worldwide) and being the Lead Delegate of my Medical School Student Council, I am currently organizing a TEDx event for the first time in my University, with the help of the institution's faculty and staff. All of this, because I am passionate about helping other people and trying to improve my surroundings. I am also passionate about reading, exercising, self-improvement, and am a fan of movies, specially those belonging to the horror genre. I look forward to making this a special, meaningful TEDx event, and to meeting many other TEDx organizers and staff.

Since I was in high school and first discovered TED talks, I wanted to create a TEDx event in my city. I tried to in 2020, but things proved too difficult due to the pandemic. Now, in 2022, I am working to bring the first TEDx event to my university, Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
