Bio
Kara's currently at Intuit as Chief of Staff in the Small Business & Self-Employed Group. Prior, she served in both the Biden and Obama White Houses and was a member of the first class of White House Presidential Innovation Fellows. She's been at Intuit for 11 years, where she led innovation and experiential design and founded TEDxIntuit and served as executive producer.
Previous work includes the Oscars, Emmys, Geffen Playhouse, Super Bowl, and Women's World Cup. She was a finalist for San Diego Woman of the Year, and guest lectured at UCSD STEM Academy for high school girls, Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley Haas, and George Washington University.
