I am Sadjo Tounkara, a enthusiast of education and personal development. My journey has been marked by an unending quest to improve the quality of learning and teaching in Africa. Over the years, I have gained substantial professional experience and founded SUPCOACHING and Le KARAMOKOEIN to promote quality education in Africa through innovative and playful approaches. I am convinced that playful games, educational resources, and innovative, inclusive learning programs are the key to achieving this. As a teacher, professional coach, and accomplished author, I have designed and led various educational and coaching programs. I have also written several books, including the "Annual Activity Journal," "Learning Techniques," and "Ace Your Baccalaureate," published by Editions l'harmattan Guinea and Innov Editions. I have also coordinated numerous projects such as TEDxBambeto and the Bell of Change. I hold several professional certifications and academic degrees, including a Certificate of Expertise in "Project Monitoring and Evaluation" and a Professional Coach Certificate. But more than my degrees and certifications, it's my dedication and passion for education that have shaped me into who I am today. I firmly believe that each individual can develop their skills and abilities to positively contribute to the development of their environment. My vision is to build a learning society where everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow throughout their lives. I believe that we all have a role to play in building a better future for our communities and our continent. This is what drives me every day in my actions and projects. My passion lies within the human being: it's the one that fascinates me. I am convinced that there is only one race in the world, and that is the HUMAN race. For me, helping individuals to discover themselves, understand their talents, strengths, and become aware of the power of their brain represents the greatest passion that can exist. Believing in their ability to evolve, to improve their human condition by betting on the potential of their brain, is one of my fundamental values.

Reinventing the eductional system through play

I was a student in 2012, when for the first time, I followed a tedx video on Youtube and the question that came to me is why back home in the Republic of Guinea, we have never organized events around ideas? Since then I have been driven by the ardent desire to help build a learning society in my country and this means being in the spirit of the Tedx events in order to highlight ideas that are worth sharing. I decided to organize a TEDx event because I believe that sharing brings us closer and makes us grow.

I know how to write and I have been accompanying pupils, students and professionals for 4 years. I know how to design educational games.
