Educating your Community: We all know that education is important. Especially in a country like India, it is very evident that literacy paves the path towards progress, development and all-round improvement in the community and hence the country. However, what I would like to emphasize upon is the manner through which we should go about this. Some people like to start big, by opening schools and colleges. Some people start little small, educating their maids and gardeners. What I am suggesting is actually something in between. I have worked with a college start-up, here in Goa and have realized that it is actually very efficient if we actually target a group of lower class ADULTS. You see, when you do this: 1. You don't lose steam fast because their maturity is at least comparable to yours. 2. They in turn can help educating their children, which is great because then your efforts are actually benefiting many. 3. They don't lose interest as they appreciate the value of education.

Cooking! My tandoori chicken and Steamed Mustard Fish are really good, provided the microwave is working, of course.
