IS IT LIFE COACHING? Yes IS IT PERFORMANCE COACHING? Yes WILL THIS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE? Yep. Real, deep transformation comes through digging deep, shedding old skin, and leaning heart-forward into your greatest chapter.

I'm passionate about

Gathering men to take off any masks and empower each other to be great fathers, lovers, and contributors to our communities. Our boys growing up today need strong male role models that lead with love and talk about the silent struggles that many men face, including addiction to porn and an inability to express emotions in a non-reactive way.

An idea worth spreading

As a fundamental element to the human experience, what can we truly learn about ourselves (and others) when we really tap into the power of emotional intelligence?

The TED story

I taught for ten years in New York and found TED to be the perfect dose of inspiration for my students. Eventually, I developed a course that taught students the fundamentals of entrepreneurship (through using Design Thinking) where the final project was to give a TED talk. It was beautiful. Students would roll out the red carpet when the bell rang and stand proudly to share their story while the audience listened. So when I had the chance to organize my own TEDx event, I had to jump at the opportunity.
