He is in the field of Industrial Technology Education and M.A degree is Educational Administration and Supervision. He worked as a Tecnology and Design Teacher in many schools of Ministry of Education and worked as the team leader at the Research and Development Department of Provincial. His bachelor degreeational Education Directorate between 2004-2015 years. He took part as a lecturer at both central and local inservice trainings of Ministry of Education. In these inservice trainings he gave lectures to more than 3000 teachers. He organised the first "School Maker Faire " organization in Turkey. He started to organize TEDx events in 2014. He organized the first TEDx ED and TEDx Youth events in the Mediterrenean Region. He took place as a speaker in a TEDx Youth event. He is the charter member of the National Education Association Platform and the President of the Technology and Design Educators Association, which he founded with a group of teacher friends in 2012. There are two book studies titled "The Idea of a Butterfly Effect" prepared in print and the "Innovation Focused School Model" in the writing phase.
