Bio
I’ve been combining creative media and emerging technologies to bring about entirely new consumer experiences since I got out of college in 96.
In 1998 co-founded the first DVD design and production studio in NYC, where we have worked on some great DVD projects like a slew of Criterion Collection releases, the Rolling Stones Four Flicks, The Beastie Boys Anthology, Sponge Bob Square Pants Nautical Nonsense, the film Traffic, the Directors Series featuring the work of Michel Gondry, Chris Cunningham and Spike Jonze, and the Sopranos Box Set. With Blu-Ray and video on demand and mobile video, the company continues to break new ground creatively and technologically.
In 2004 co-founded Bondi Digital publishing, which creates searchable digital archives of major magazines. Starting with The Complete New Yorker, the company went on to release Rolling Stone Cover to Cover, and Playboy Cover to Cover. It is currently working on a web application that will go into public beta shortly. This is particularly exciting to me as a lot of magazines have incredibly interesting archives that are currently lost to history and not easily accessible short of having the old issues.
Got nominated for a Grammy in 2003. Went to Bennington College in the 90s and got the first degree in Media Arts that they awarded.
